Qualitative Risk Assessment of AI Emergence in Sub-saharan African. Mayigane et al. (2007)

The threat of Avian Influenza in the sub-saharan african countries is still present as the epizootic continues to spread slowly within the west
and central parts of the continent. Senegal is at risk of the epizootic emergence with regards to the
importance of the poultry industry in the country.
